I don’t see the video?
Make sure that you have Adobe Flash installed on your PC. Once Flash installs, it’s a good idea to close all browser windows to finalize the installation.
Why does the new website look all funny?
Our new site was designed to be used on the newest web standards, and, unfortunately, that means we aren’t able to support previous versions of some browsers. We have fully tested our site and know if works on any of these browsers:
If you are an Internet Explorer user, we do recommend you upgrade to IE9, if possible, since it adheres more closely to the W3C Web Standards than previous versions.
Please download any of these programs and then reinstall Adobe’s Flash Player to best use our site.
Why is the video choppy and/or the audio is not synced with the video?
A lot of factors can play into how the video is viewed on your unique system. On older machines, it is quite possible that the video files are too large for your computer to handle. Try closing all other programs but your web browser and see if that helps. Also, if you haven’t rebooted your system in a while, try that to speed it up. Finally, all videos will start automatically, but you may want to try pausing the video, letting it load completely, and then play it.

If none of the above solutions have helped your experience, then please contact our webmaster because we’d love to help make sure you are able to use this site as easily as possible. Finally, you can still view our old live stream page temporarily while we continue to work out some bugs.
