Local Outreach Ministry Coordinator

Local Outreach needs volunteer ministry coordinators for Faithful Servants and South Street Ministries. Work involves facilitating needs and work to meet them with Christ Community Chapel members.

Meals Ministry

Do you have the gift of hospitality or compassion? Then we need you! Join us and help prepare a meal for families in crisis within the Christ Community Chapel family.

If you would be able to prepare and deliver a meal occasionally to families experiencing illness, surgery, or other situations, please sign up by clicking here. Or maybe you aren’t a cook but would like to help by delivering meals that someone else prepares, then this would be perfect for you!

Financial Counseling Team

If you are interested in joining CCCís Financial Counseling Team, please email Michael Ammirati. This team supports our Financial Peace University classes and individuals needing assistance managing their finances.

Children’s Ministry First Impressions Team

Are you looking for a fun environment and easy commitment in which to serve? Would you like to be a part of making families feel welcome and giving guests a great first experience on Sunday mornings? We need your help!

Legacies of Success Website

Our ministry partner Legacies of Success, who is managing the housing projects with Urban Vision in the North Hill of Akron, is in need of a website. If you have any skills in this area and can donate some time to help Legacies, they would be very appreciative!

Conflict Mediator with Peacemaking Ministry

The Peacemaking ministry is in need of people to serve fellow Christians that need help resolving a conflict in a biblical way. All training will be provided, so if you have a heart for serving and a love for hurting people, this is a great way to help others.

Volunteers for Childrens Ministry's Special Needs Program

Do you have a heart for children with special needs? Christ Community Chapel strives to provide a place for everyone and children's ministry is currently seeking volunteers to assist these students in having an awesome Sunday morning experience!

Prayer Team Volunteers

The Care Ministry is looking for volunteers to serve in the atrium for the Prayer Team on Sunday mornings in 30 minutes increments in between services.

Restoration Chapel Volunteers

Men and Women volunteers needed to participate in worship services once a month at the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center in Akron.

Productions Team

Our Productions Team is looking for help in the following areas of service for weekend services: Video Tech, Cameras, Graphics, Lighting and Sound. All areas are trainable.

Summit County Youth Detention Volunteers

We're seeking people interested in joining other volunteers the 4th Friday evening of every month for "movie night" at the Summit County Youth Detention Center.

Adult Leaders for High School Students

Are you interested in serving at tha porch as an adult discipleship leader? We are in need of adult leaders for the upcoming school year. If this is something you would like to know more about we would love to talk to you.

Power Plant Volunteers

We all need prayer. Please join our Power Plant and serve the Lord and others by praying in a small group. Your service would be once a quarter during one of the Sunday services.

Small Group Leaders for 2nd-5th Grade

The Grid, our 2nd through 5th grade environment on Sunday mornings, is growing and in need of substitute as well as regularly scheduled Small Group Leaders!  By investing one hour a week you can make a lifelong impact on the hearts of children. All lesson plans and supplies are provided; no weekday prep is required.

There's a need for a few ushers during all services on Sunday mornings, so if you love to greet people, this is a great way to serve.

Weekly commitment to provide a breakfast or lunch for 10-15 students in a brand new Christian School that is starting in Urban Vision.
