Job Opportunities

Are you curious about what it’s like to work at Christ Community Chapel? As a church and staff, we always strive to find new ways to help people reimagine their lives because of Jesus. We are always looking for individuals to join us in our mission to make his name great. Our staff members consider it an honor to serve together and be a part of the mission of CCC.

    Our Staff Motives

    Make Jesus Central

Jesus is the center of the gospel, and the gospel - everything God has done, is doing, and will do through Jesus - is the center of our lives as Christ followers and as a church. Simply put, if we can’t draw a straight line from something to Jesus, we don’t do it. The goal of all that we do is to help others see that life can only be reimagined in a lasting way with Jesus as its center. Making Jesus central means we teach the Bible christocentrically and lead people to see discipleship as trusting Jesus more.

    Value Non-Christians

Our God is on mission to see the nations come to faith in Jesus Christ and we desire to join him, in all that we do, in that mission. This means we are committed to thinking about how our
ministry efforts will be perceived by non-Christians, whether it will be effective in engaging them, and if we are training our church to engage those around them with the gospel. There is no environment or ministry, for us at CCC, that can be disconnected from this mission.

    Don’t Go Alone

Our church is wholly and whole-heartedly dependent on God’s help in our mission. We seek his aid in all that we do and do ministry with a posture of humility. All that we accomplish is only possible because of his work in and through us. We also do ministry together, with one another, recognizing that one of the ways we acknowledge our dependence on God is by embracing the gifts of those around us. No one at CCC is able to succeed in a lasting, missional way, apart from God’s gracious help and his provision of our church.

    Dream Big

CCC is chasing a big mission given to us by a big God. We want to dream, individually and together, in a way that is consistent with both of those realities. We are constantly challenging ourselves to increase what we are trusting God to do and what we believe we are capable of with his help. Dreaming big takes shape in the size of what we are doing, the impact we are seeking to have, and the number of lives we are seeking to see changed.

    Think Exponentially

Our work may begin with us, but it never ends there. We are always asking how could we do something in such a way that it benefits other churches, other neighborhoods, and other people. From leadership development to simple, replicable strategies, we are always thinking exponentially.

    Pursue Excellence

Our desire to pursue excellence is motivated by seeking to glorify God in all that we do and to remove all obstacles to people reimagining life with Jesus. Excellent ministry pulls people in, and
a lack of excellence pushes people away, therefore, excellence for us is never the end goal but a means to the end goal of seeing lives changed. Excellence is not a state of being for us, a point to reach and then to settle into, but a constant pursuit driven by asking, “How could we be better at what God is calling us to do?” We are not afraid of evaluation, critique, or correction in our pursuit of God’s mission for us.
