Join us for our free women’s fitness classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30–10:30 a.m. These classes are for women 18+, and childcare is available. Free does not mean easy. We guarantee you’ll leave sweaty!
No registration is necessary for this class. Just show up ready for a workout!
Note: This class will not meet on Oct. 14, Oct. 28, Nov. 11, Nov. 23, or Nov. 25, and ends for the semester on Dec. 16.
