Upward Flag Football

Youth Co-Ed Flag Football is a fun and competitive league designed for kids to build skills, make friends, and grow in confidence through the game of football! Hosted through C3 Sports in partnership with Upward Sports, this league focuses on teamwork, sportsmanship, and having fun in a positive environment.

Practices are held on Wednesdays and Sundays at Legacy Park. Whether your child is new to football or already loves the game, Upward Flag Football is a great way to stay active, learn the fundamentals, and be part of an encouraging team atmosphere.
